I think mostly young girls are advised not to have sex. But instead if we educate them about pregnancy and birth control, they will make conscious decision about it. I know lot of religious and fundamental groups will get really hyper about this. By educating I do not mean that we ask the young girls to go out and have sex. Just when they know about birth control they will use that knowledge when they face such a situation.
